1:1 mentoring with me offers a safe, confidential, and empathetic space for individuals from diverse backgrounds to explore the stress in their lives and learn to handle it skillfully.

Many of my clients are busy working mums trying to balance it all — the work, the family, and how not to lose themselves in the process. Often battling physical issues too, but not always aware of the role stress plays in that.
