Welcome to a life with less stress!

I’m Richard Gange, and my journey into mindfulness began almost two decades ago when I realized the toll that stress was taking on my health. With a background in science, I was determined to find a solution that was both practical and effective.

I hold a Master of Science degree from Rutgers University and I spent 30 years teaching high school Environmental Science and Biology. This experience deepened my interest in the intersection of science and mindfulness. I was particularly fascinated by research showing that mindfulness practices can rewire the brain, leading to healthier responses to everyday stress.

But — for a long time, I didn’t respond to stress in a healthy way.

For over two decades, I juggled a busy career and battled severe health issues caused by stress.

Then, during a life-changing trip to Nepal and Tibet 20 years ago, I witnessed something incredible — amid cultural turmoil, people stayed calm despite the chaos. It dawned on me that stress and anxiety aren't inevitable!

Inspired, I delved into yoga and mindfulness practices which transformed my life. I've used them ever since, as well as co-developed life improvement courses, and mentored countless others in integrating mindfulness into their lives. Like me, these clients now experience less stress, more calm, and make better decisions.

My journey took another transformative turn when I was introduced to Voice Dialogue. This practice helped me realign imbalances in my psyche, providing another rich avenue to manage stress and live a fuller life.

Integrating mindfulness and Voice Dialogue into my life restored my health, freed me from relying heavily on medications, and massively increased my happiness. Now, I'm on a mission to help fellow professionals achieve similar transformations.
