About Me

Hi, I’m Richard, experienced stress management mentor

My training in stress management has deep roots. It started when, two decades ago, while juggling a busy career and a laundry list of health concerns, I realized that chronic stress was the culprit causing those severe health issues.

This realization, and my inquisitive mind with a background in science, had me embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing. Through mindfulness and Voice Dialogue, and working with functional health practitioners, I resolved my health issues and have been supporting others for over a decade to live a life of less stress, more calm, and greater fulfillment.

I’ve learned that life doesn’t have to feel stressful, we can thrive when we have the tools for it! Let me show you how.

MY PROMISE

Drawing upon my extensive experience and knowledge in managing stress, I offer a range of well-tested, effective tools (not meditation, in case you were wondering) that will help you be more calm and resourceful, and can resolve your physical and psychological challenges resulting from stress.

After helping you learn the fundamental tools, I will guide you to apply them to situations you face each day. I will support you through this process with compassion and understanding, so you can go at your own pace and see results from session to session.

Implementing these tools has been literally life-changing for me and many of my clients.
